Short term rental

Hi , has anyone got approved for registration number yet for short term rentals. I applied Jul 5 and got no response yet ?  Do I need to cancel my reservations sept 5 to dec 1. Please advise. Thank you

I sent an email requesting a status update to registration@ose.nyc.gov and got a response shortly after.  Not an approval, only a list of things they want me to change on my listing.  I’ve been going back and forth with them this week on their requests. I think the changes to the advertisement they want will impact revenue significantly.

Hi @Asiatic0   I’m shocked they replied to your email.  So far I don’t see any person who received a registration  number. I applied for short term rental and gave them everything they asked for and still no reply. While Airbnb has shut down the short term rental and changed it to 30 days min.
