Should I list my property in other platforms such as Agoda?

Hi.

I must have read somewhere that to be seen in the first few pages of Airbnb, it is best to have your property available as much as possible in Airbnb.

For this reason, I am scared to list my property in other platforms such as Agoda. Because if I get a booking in Agoda for a certain date, I will have to make that date unavailable in Airbnb.

Does this make sense? Or should I go ahead and list in other platforms.

This is my first month in hosting and so far I have received 3 nights of bookings. I need atleast 30% occupancy in order to breakeven and I am quite worried about all of this.

Please suggest!

I have my property listed in 3 different app for the pass 2years and I’m a super host. I have a co host who help me manage day to day duty’s  when I’m to busy with my regular 9-5 and family/ vacation.  If you like I could put you in contact with her and she could help you.
