I keep being sent in a vicious circle when trying to log in. Get to a point where it is supposedly sending sms code but doesn't arrive and when I try again it locks me out. Driving me nuts. I cannot contact host etc

Try clearing cache or using a different browser/device, make sure your number has the right country code, and if the SMS still doesn’t arrive, wait before retrying or switch to email verification if available.
I know how frustrating that feels I’ve had login loops before too and it can really make managing hosting stressful, especially when you need to reach guests quickly. Sometimes persistence with support or trying from a different device helps. Out of curiosity, do you also list on other platforms or have a custom booking website integrated with Airbnb as a backup?
I had a similar issue once, and it turned out the SMS was being delayed because my phone had low signal. Restarting the phone helped and the code came through right after.
Had that happen before — kept getting locked out because my SMS codes never arrived. Turned out the issue was with the messaging side of things. Switched to a good sip provider https://telxi.com and it fixed the problem. Telxi made setup easy and reliable so codes came through instantly.
