How do I give my customer a special offer when my only choices are accept or decline?

By asking the guest to retract the booking request. Then the special offer option will appear for creating/sending the offer

Or by changing manually the price in the calender for the requested dates, making in total the special offer and let guest book again.

Or by accepting, and change reservation afterwards regarding price ("change option" on the reservation). But only recommened if other options fail.
