Special Team (Trust specialist) not responding

My account was locked last night 8pm because they couldnt match my selfie with the ID on file. Which is weird (ALL bookings and a trip reservation was cancelled) After 10-13 calls all night. A trust specialist reached out this morning around 7:30am.  I was sent a link to upload my ID which i did.  Then it stated account verified, received an email confirming that too.  But my calendar is still blocked cant open for guests to book.  Airbnb customer service keep saying they will escalate to special team cause its beyond their control.  Somebody please help.  It’s already such a competitive market to get bookings and now i have lost all for something that is not even my mistake.  I doubt airbnb will help me get those bookings and my personal trip reservation back.

I am sorry, I don't understand.  I have never been asked for a selfie from Airbnb?  I was asked for my legal ID which I submitted and Airbnb validated but no other picture?

Hi @Dawa16 , As you shared this incident some time ago, I wanted to check in and see if you still needed support with it. Did you eventually hear back from the Support team?

Was the id verification issue resolved? I noticed that your calendar is available to book for upcoming months, unless I am missing something 👀
