I am so frustrated with Airbnb. I had a guest check out January 23rd, and have not been paid out yet. Customer service admits its a glitch on their end and engineers are "working on it" but have no time frame of when it will be resolved. Its been nearly five weeks and no updates. Whats even more frustrating is that I have to constantly start over with a new customer service rep every few days because they close the case. WTF? Do i need to file a complaint in small claims court? Has anyone done that? Why can't this multi billion dollar company just pay me out while they figure out how they messed up?
