Air bnb stopped my payments. They say my id has not been verified. I have sent the ids of everyone in my company, yet they keep coming back with id not verified. This has gone on for 6 months and still the same response. I cannot continue to run the business without the payments so I will have to contact my booked customers and get them to pay me direct
That's appalling. Hopefully you're not relying on Airbnb but are taking bookings from other STR platforms and stopped taking bookings through Airbnb until the issued is resolved .
as you know if you encourage guests to book/pay you directly Airbnb can throw you off the platform.
