Sublease in Ireland!

Sublease in Ireland!

Could I rent an apartment with a sublease agreement and then list it on Airbnb to rent it out for 365 days in Ireland?

@Maria17114 It probably depends on where in Ireland. All I can say for sure is that you will not get 365 days rented, there are significant costs involved so your net rental figure will be a lot lower than the gross rent, and you are unlikely to find a landlord that will allow you to do it given that the risks are so great (for them).

Hello! I was thinking about the area around Dublin, focusing on the Spanish people who come to work in the creches, I understand that they don't rent 365 a year because it's difficult but they are people who live here because they work here all year round so I thought it might be possible but thanks for the advice.

What would you say is the most realistic average number of rental days?

1. Have you looked at the STR regulations for Dublin to see if you meet their criteria ?

2. you can use Airdna to help identify supply and demand

your biggest issue will be finding a landlord willing to allow you to sublet for STR
