Submit button is Grayed out on W9 form

I'm trying to submit the w9 Form, but there is no place that I see any.Errors and why the submit button is grey out. Has anyone solved for this yet?

I just got it to work.

Instead of clicking on the link in the email Airbnb sent me. I went to the account > taxes and clicked the link to "Add new tax info".

From what I've read only you only need to update your W9 if any info has changed. If you previously input data for a W9 you should be good with that.
