Super Host means NOTHING it appears

I hear it all the time from property managers about how Airbnb allows guests to embellish/exaggerate issues, not allow for things to be fixed, call and complain and immediately get MAJOR refunds.    

We have asked for Airbnb to do their job and track these guests who have a habit to complain and ask for money back so that we can eliminate them from our guest list or eliminate them from Airbnb completely.      This would be VERY easy for them to do and it would lower their support costs, lower all our issues, and stop scammers that just want to come a discount or decide at the last minute to cancel a reservation because their plans changed.   

They say "thank you for being a Super Host" and that is where it stops.
