Superhost Account Suspended – Urgent Assistance Needed
Hi everyone,
I’m a Superhost managing 15 properties and co-hosting 60 more. A few days ago, Airbnb suddenly suspended my account and deleted all reservations from both my host and co-host profiles.
Since then, I’ve been calling Airbnb daily, trying to understand the reason for this suspension and why all my co-hosted reservations were removed. However, all I keep hearing is that a "specialized team" is reviewing my case.
Does anyone know who this "specialized Airbnb team" actually is? It feels like they don’t exist, as no one has reached out to provide an explanation or any clear updates on my case.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has any advice on how to escalate this, please let me know. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
