Superhost Account Suspended – Urgent Assistance Needed

Hi everyone,

I’m a Superhost managing 15 properties and co-hosting 60 more. A few days ago, Airbnb suddenly suspended my account and deleted all reservations from both my host and co-host profiles.

Since then, I’ve been calling Airbnb daily, trying to understand the reason for this suspension and why all my co-hosted reservations were removed. However, all I keep hearing is that a "specialized team" is reviewing my case.

Does anyone know who this "specialized Airbnb team" actually is? It feels like they don’t exist, as no one has reached out to provide an explanation or any clear updates on my case.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has any advice on how to escalate this, please let me know. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Yup...this is the way Airbnb does it. Suspend ALL listings (even if there is only a problem on one). It usually takes 10 business days for them to "investigate".

 

They usually allow current resevations to continue, but block any future ones. If they cancelled all the reservations, then it's pretty serious and not just an isolated issue with one listing. Normally this occurs when there is suspected fraud or violations of their terms of service.
