I am a new host on Airbnb. I would like to switch from private hosting into Company hosting (ie. working as a business in hosting airbnb).
Where do I have to ask for permission for this in Belgium ? Do I need to apply for professional card in this regard (because I am a resident but not a Belgian by nationality)?

@Besa10 I'm in the US and if you're taking income from your rental, that's a business already 🙂
Contact your local authorities regarding regulations for rentals..there may be a waiting list for a permit, could be a fee and application or just a sign up and license. Its' different everywhere.
