When trying to receive/update tax information the submit button is greyed out I've used the app a laptop different browsers and have gotten the same results everytime very frustrating filing my taxes tomorrow.

I can understand this is frustrating!

 

Have you tried the following troubleshooting steps? They often help resolve little glitches such as this:

Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)

Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)

Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)

Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)

Then try to log in with your email address
