I got these requests for tax forms and they only show that AirBnB is completely clueless. Most AirBnB flats are corporate owned like mine. AirBnB keeps trying to shove 1099 forms down our throats when they make no sense for foreign companies with no operations in the states.
ha, it is what it is. I sell stock photography and get tax forms from various agencies at diff times of the year. there is no international standard for Financial Year, and I haven't double checked but pretty sure only the USA (maybe canada?) does their taxes in Janaury
