I am a US tax resident and I will be renting on Airbnb a second home in France. For France this is considered income and I need to file French income tax and after that I will file US tax with foreign income and because of US and France threaty paid amount will be considered. Airbnb is issuing me 1099, that is wrong, that is considered US income and with 1099, I will have to pay French and US income tax, but that is not the case, France and US have tax threathy and I need to pay just the difference. I saw a similar post about a property in Finland. I assume there are similar cases. Can you help me? How did you resolve them?

@Karmen41 You need to sit down with a good CPA and review the rules and associated documentation.
Ask your CPA about the Foreign Tax Credit.
