Taxes on both US and Mexico

Hello everyone! I am a new host and own a condo in Playa Bowls Carmen Mexico. My question is regarding my tax obligation. My property is in Mexico, I am a Mexican citizen living in the United States. I have dual citizenship. What am I obligation to pay in Mexico, and I know I have taxes to pay  In US. I do have the RFC number as a Mexican citizen that I know will help lower my taxes but when do I pay them? How do I pay them? Thank you in advance for my friends
