Taxes

I wanted to suggest/recommend to Airbnb, to offer an option for host to be able to list their property with Airbnb with a flat fee yearly membership. It would serve as a broker. Hosts would get guests info and then reach out to their guests to provide/coordinate  reservation information.

By doing this, It then preserves the property owners privacy rights of not having total annual earning/funds reported to the IRS/tax authorities.  any thoughts on this?

@Jennifer2640 From what I can see of your post you are suggesting Airbnb change their business model to help you evade tax. I trust you are aware that tax evasion is illegal?

Quite bizarre.

@Jennifer2640  Hiding your earnings from the tax dept. isn't "privacy rights".

@Jennifer2640   You're joking.  If you don't want to pay the taxes on your income as generated and reported by an OTA, don't rent through an OTA.
