Thailand bank holding airbnb funds

I noticed recently a payout for airbnb villa in samuinthailand did not go into bangkok bank 

Airbnb support said payout was sent to bank and that i would beed to contact my bank 

I have not contacted them yet ..wondering if anyone else has had this issue

This was my mistake ..the bank did not hold any funds
