The decline of Airbnb's platform

I've been an experience host for 7 years and when experiences first started, we were able to get a hold of customer service reps in America who helped immediately. There was no waiting period, only quality experiences were offered, and the platform was great. Now when needing assistance we are connected to someone from a different country with base-level English that never offers a solution. The platform is FILLED with experiences and is oversaturated and now there's is a waitlist. In true American form, this platform swung in full mode of capitalism, cutting costs on customer service, choosing cheaper labor with longer wait times and the service has declined, causing hosts to suffer. It's a shame.
