The price set on the map isn't correct

Hello, 
I have a problem and I cannot find the answer.
Our house in the map is at 308€ a night whereas it is at 250 € a night.
And I have no cleaning fee for this house  but when I go on my year earnings I see 50 euros for cleaning. 
How is that possible?

Any help will be appreciated

There is no cleaning fee involved
