Transferring bookings when switching Managers.

I have a pretty straight forward question and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. What were to happen if someone wanted to change Property Managers, but the property had upcoming bookings? What would happen to that listing, and more to the point, what would happen to those Bookings? Would the owner have to start over completely and remake the listing?

@Kayla515 yes the new owner has to start again with a new listing. Any upcoming bookings would need to be cancelled (fines imposed) or would need to be satisfied by the last owner whilst the new owner starts their listing from scratch.
