Treehouse for kids on property

I have a treehouse on the property. I wasn’t sure if Air BnB covered liability. Like once a guest books they forgo any liability to the host that comes with the property?

@Angelique179 You need to read the terms of the liability section of Aircover. I personally doubt it would cover a treehouse but you never know.

Hello @Angelique179  as @Mike-And-Jane0 suggested you need to review Aircover for host,  sharing a link here https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/279

@Angelique179  My suggestion is to get your own short term rental insurance or small business insurance, however  Airbnb provides Aircover but Aircover is only covered the time of the stay. If your listing is also on other short rental platform, Airbnb does not cover it. Also as the owner of the property, you are responsible for your own property not Airbnb as Airbnb just an online short term rental platform, however Airbnb offers the limited liability. In Australia the majority of hosts have their own short term rental insurance in order to make sure they have a full coverage plan for their guests.
