Unable to Access Category Corrections in Elevate- Listings No Longer Appearing

Hi everyone,

 

I’m trying to determine whether other hosts are experiencing the same issue with Elevate and category corrections.

 

I manage 22 unique listings in Sedona, and while I can still see the categories assigned to my listings within Airbnb, I can no longer access any working method to request corrections. Several listings are currently miscategorized (examples include “vineyard,” “lake,” and “off-the-grid,” which do not accurately reflect the property).

 

When I access Elevate, it no longer shows any of my listings at all, and the external links provided by support either do not work or lead to unrelated photography/service pages with “Page Not Found” errors.

 

I’m trying to determine:

• Whether category correction functionality is currently unavailable to all hosts

• Whether anyone has found a workaround

• Or whether Airbnb has changed how category updates are handled

 

Would appreciate hearing if others are experiencing this as well.

It’s been a little while since you posted, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing these issues. Speaking directly with Airbnb Support is the best way to get this resolved. Have you heard from the support team since you posted?
