Unable to add RFC number for a Mexico listing

I go to add tax info and it says it is not available?  Please help

When you access Taxes, you should see options to fill in information.  Can you confirm you are in the Taxes page under Account Settings?

Thank you so much!  Yes I am in the right place and finally it is letting me put some numbers in.  I wonder if the system was waiting to confirm identity first.  Now however, I am not sure what to answer next.  I am the co host and I have a copy of the RFC but it does not tell me?

Hi @Naomi618 !  Sorry for the delay.  I've been traveling and don't always have good access. 🫤

I  am not a company, I am just renting out my personal house.  So I fall into the general category.     If you have set up an LLC or something similar, that would be the other category. 

i hope this is not too late to be helpful.

I am still waiting to hear from the accountant in Mexico to confirm, but for now I was able to put it as the general category.  I will update it if I need to.  I appreciate you response on this.  It seems, that once I added the basic business info into the account, it then finally allowed me to add in the RFC number.  Just in case anyone else runs into this issue.
