Understand price

I have an anounce that i put on line for an appartement , basic price 55€/night, no intelegent price activated,  on the calender for dates 20.3 to 27.3.21 (7 nights) the price is 55€/night, so 7 x 55 = 385€

When I do a research, as a client, the apartement is available at 104€/night, I look ate the detail of price: 84€ x 7 = 588€ plus frais dossier 100€ plus local taxes gives a total client of 728€ (104€ x 7)

How does my price per night get to be 84€ ?

Jill

@Jill40

You own 5 listings, so please mention which listing you are talking about.

I looked at this one:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/43471027

It is priced 84,- per night (not 55,- per night). Maybe you have set the basic price on 55,- ,

but entered also weekly prices, or manually have set prices in the calender ?

I suggest to use the price calculator (available when managing the calender) to test prices.
