Unfurnished home

Hello,

I am needing to rent my home out for 6 months, but am not having much luck finding a short term tenant.  I was just wondering if there was a need on Airbnb for an unfurnished home with a 3-6 month term?  Or am I better off buying some beds and furniture and list it as a furnished home?  Any advice would be appreciated.

@Theresa393 Airbnb is a short term rental platform where travellers, tourists, holidaymakers, people working out of town rent a room or entire place for anything between one day or a few days.

Airbnb's info on basic requirements for hosts "strongly encourage hosts to provide essential amenities in all their listings..... for a comfortable stay.... toilet paper, soap, towels, linens, pillows."

- I therefore think it goes without saying that a host provides BEDS and other essential furniture!
