Hi Emilie, Thanks for contacting me. To tell you the truth customer service was very challenging. On the day 21 I said to myself: everything happened when you tried to change something on the calendar . I found that some days appeared as Multiple with a set of 28 days instead on 31 days, I removed that day by day( I checked for 6 months .).. And voila! I fixed it! I kept telling to customer service that something happened there. They escalated my case to Engineer team and they could not see the problem? They kept telling me I needed a license form the City of Long Beach which I knew was a not correct information since only Short term listing need that. Off shore customer service with lack of knowledge of USA rules is not helping. (not talking about huge difference of time zone that make it worst...
Fore everything you need to wait for Specialized Team or Engineer Team.
