VAT invoice blank PDF file

Hi, it seems I have the same issue like many others.

The downloaded PDF file is blank but has a size of 798 KB. The support team suggested to try with another computer. This helped for two months. Now it doesnt work anymore and I tried with three dif PC.

Has anyone solved the problem?
