Vacation rental software

Can anyone give me feedback on their vacation rental software. We have been working with Lodgify and it has been awful. Now trying to find another option.

Hey @Dominic396 , it all depends on what you're exactly you're looking for as each software excels in a field that other don't, and in some cases you won't need them at all; example if you only want to track expenses as a custom designed excel spreadsheet you buy one time do way better that any of the software out there

Depends on your goals.  A rule of thumb from what I've heard from other hosts is Hospitable if your goal is cohosting 20 properties or less.  If you are looking for something more robust for even more listings and growth, OwnerRez is the way to go.  Hope that helps!

I turned to Guesty when I was wanting to manage all of my calendars in one place.

So far, I'm quite pleased with the outcomes!

I also like the option of utilizing their direct booking tool that takes credit card payments on my behalf through my personal website, and manages my calendar on these bookings as well.

Just my 2 cents- check them out!

I have 18 different Airbnbs that I manage.

I will say absolutely when you are doing volume, I would take a look at CloudBeds.com

They have a beautiful, user-friendly integration and work seamlessly with Airbnb and all other OTA's (if you use them).

Their support is wonderful and their app is really easy to use and message guests with (upgrade to include Whistle for this feature). We were a small mom and pop style and now we are able to manage everyone very simply and effectively through CloudBeds.
