Variable rates for the room based on occupancy

Hi we have 2 types of rooms and sell on Booking .com and Expedia via a channel manager.

On Booking .com and Expedia you can set variable rates for the same room based on occupancy

So we can set the rates as so:

Double room - 1 person B&B £40

Double room - 2 person B&B £50

Family room  - 1 person B&B £70

Family room  - 2 person B&B £75

Family room  - 3 person B&B £80

Family room  - 4 person B&B £100

Can we do this on Airbnb?

Yes, you can. On your pricing, you add a base price and a price for extra guests.

Your base price can be as many people as you wish - you can start charging extra only for 3rd guest in family room, for example.
