I m having the same issue since April 28th and am also so frustrated with the situation. I have been contacting the team daily to have it resolved but nothing so far. My strategy is to bug them everyday and have the support agents constantly write requests for updates from this specialised team that is verifying everything.
The sad part is that every time you call you have to explain the situation from the beginning and go through the motions with them, listening to the same replies from them as they can't do anything but escalate internally. Trust me that I have tried being rude, being polite, threatening and being submissive...the result is the same, their hands are tied and all we can do is wait for a reply from this special team. In the meantime, call them, write to them, ask for updates. I hope this gets resolved for the both of us very soon! Stay strong!
