Hi all,
I am a Superhost and have been operating normally for five years. Recently, I suddenly received a message asking me to verify my identity and upload an ID document. I followed the instructions and uploaded it.
After that, I missed a follow-up message from the support team saying that the document type was incorrect and that I needed to upload a new one. A few days later, when I realized my payments were on hold and tried to reply, the message thread had already been closed.
Now, every time I try to contact customer support through various channels, I’m only told to wait three days. However, the original link that asked me to upload the ID still shows as “completed,” so I can’t re-upload or fix it.
What should I do in this situation?
