Viewing potential payout info from Calendar - no longer available

An essential feature for hosts seems to have been removed in the most recent update. Previously, from the monthly and yearly calendar view, a host could select a specific set of dates and see the guest total and host payout for those dates. This was an essential way to review pricing for future dates.  This feature is no  longer available and it makes it impossible to properly manage my pricing. If I select multiple days, I now only see the nightly price, regardless of how many nights are selected and I have no idea how much a potential set of dates would cost for a guest or how much I would make. Please bring back this feature!!!

I contacted the super host service and they said that this function was removed. Not that this was a bug.

Yes...this is the result of the recent software release and a known bug. Airbnb is aware and says they are "working on it."

I hope so I used this feature all the time

Well that's a bummer...

Ugh - I used this functionality all of the time and just noticed it is missing when I was opening up some nights.

I’m not sure how this feature could even be removed it is so vital why is there not more discussion about this?

Agreed. Same issue here.

Can anyone from airbnb tell us if there is any way for hosts to see what they would be paid out for a certain set of nights (and what the guest will pay). Seems not which is surprising!

@Lisa7801 Did you ever find a work around for this? I just updated my Airbnb hosting tools to ‘try new features’ and it took away these features for the calendar! I absolutely use this feature constantly and now there is no way to see what potential earnings would be for specific dates. This is imperative and vital for hosts!

@Sarah-Jean3

I advise the hosting clients I work with to never "opt-in early to see new features" there are always bugs with Airbnb's software releases and Hosts end up providing free beta testing to Airbnb and have to deal with all the bugs as they (mostly) get worked out by the time the software is released to the entire platform.

It doesn't appear that Airbnb is going to address this issue any time soon, as it began as soon as the software was released on 05/13/25 and others have been told this feature will not return.

@Shelley159 came up with a workaround I believe? Something about keeping 2 screens open, one as host and one as a guest to see what a multi-day booking would be?

Yes @Joan2709 @Sarah-Jean3 - for pricing decisions it's now quickest to check in guest mode what a range of nights works out to, and then tweak your price on the host calendar until you're happy with what the guest will pay (it sometimes takes a few seconds before the change shows when you refresh on the guest side).

To calculate the host payout, first go to an existing booking and calculate your payout as percentage of the total guest charge (this is not identical for all hosts, due to factors like sales taxes, levies and the fee option chosen). Then use that percentage to see what you will earn from any guest total.

It doesn't make sense to me that the price information is deliberately being withheld from us (I can't see what Airbnb has to gain by removing guest totals and host payouts from our calendars), so I'm still hoping it'll be put back (although it is taking very long ...).

Thanks @Shelley159

I do believe this is a result (as with many other situations) of "coders/programmers" making changes and not consulting with Hosts who actually use the platform and know how it works. Sigh.

How about saying....

"Gee...maybe we should see what some seasoned Hosts think about this potential change and if it will help them or make their Hosting job more difficult?"

I have only just discovered that this feature has been removed, have you managed to find a solution?

Most of the last raft of website "improvements" have been shocking and the quality of the platform is gradually deteriorating.

So frustrating!
