Waiting on the collections department?

Has anyone else had a case escalated to collections? How long did it take to hear back?

 

I had a guest stay who did not pay I was told by the Airbnb support to let them stay longer and that my payout will be guaranteed. This was almost 2 months ago and I have received to payout. I was told it was marked as urgent and escalated to the claims department and to wait for them to contact me. However I called in to inquire on the status several times as it's taken ridiculously long, on one occasion I was given a day I'd be contacted back, I was not contacted. The last time I spoke to someone from support they said theres still no case manager assigned and I just have to wait.

 

So as of now I'm still 2 months out, missing a weeks pay, and have had a huge lack of transparency when communicating with Airbnb.
