Hi all,
In addition to being a SuperHost on AirBnb, I own another LLC that does work for the U.S. government.
I am now working from home for my LLC due to COVID. My LLC now “lives” at the kitchen table, and has no other location. My home address is the legal address for my LLC.
I cannot rent out one of the AirBnb rooms in my house due to my personal risk of COVID, so it is vacant.
I would like for my LLC to rent the AirBnb as a home office headquarters for the duration. Unfortunately my LLC has a contract with the U.S. Government and this is considered a “conflict of interest”.
Does anyone know if these regulations are being updated for COVID?
It would be a great alternate business model for AirBnb if they could get the regulations properly adjusted.
Cheryl
