Wants to add new listing in the name of my company but still would like to remain the host.

Hello everyone,

I’d really value some advice from fellow hosts here.

I’m currently hosting a listing named super luxury independent studio in Gurgaon and have recently achieved Superhost status with strong occupancy. I’m now planning to expand by adding around 10 more units in the same area.

From a tax planning perspective, I’m considering operating the new listings under a newly registered HUF (Hindu Undivided Family). However, I’d also like to leverage my existing Superhost profile and reviews, as they’ve been a key factor in building trust and bookings.

Has anyone here managed a similar situation balancing tax structuring with account performance and visibility?

What would you recommend?

Any insights, experiences, or pitfalls to avoid would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to learning from this community.

Warm regards,

Honey Charnalia

You can change your current account to a business account.

It is explained here:

Joining Airbnb as a company or managing company info on an account:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2231

Go to paragraph: add your company’s information to an existing Airbnb account:

Additional verification may be needed or documents need to be provided to AIrbnb.
