We are a host and one of our bookings is way off.

HMMBPPDAMF -- This booking came in at 94.00/night which includes taxes from your website and our website shows an average rate of $185.00/night for the same time and our price does not include taxes so there is obviously something really wrong.  I need someone to look at this booking to find out why this happened.  This has been an ongoing intermittent glitch.  Please help!!!!

This is  not Airbnb itself, but the community.

So you need to adress the issue at Airbnb.

You have two active listings, both do not show weekly or monthly discounts.

But they do show vary variable prices per night, so i guess you use "Smart pricing"?

In the reservation the "price-breakdown" can be displayed, so maybe it gives a clue about discounts applied etc.
