My payout method is Western Union. Minimum payout is $300. KYC procedure status is OK. Payouts status is OK.
I made $390,97 and got I message from Airbnb that payout was sent. I have MTCN number of course.
When I go to Western Union office I cannot get anything. They say "It was not sent properly".
When I apply to Airbnb support many times they simply do not read my message. They reply "you will get your payout when you meet your minimum of $300". It means they copy/paste from their script and never look into the problem.
I have met my minimum of course. And my account says this payout HAS BEEN SENT. But it was not sent PROPERLY.
Please advise how to break through the first line of support which simply refuses to look into the problems and cannot go beyond the script?
How can I connect with a specialist who can explain why guests live in my property, Airbnb receives money from them, and I cannot get paid? If anything was incorrect with my account why all my statuses are OK and I am allowed to accept guests?
@Andrii30 sadly you will just need to keep contacting Customer support until you get lucky and hit someone who cares,

After numerous inquiries I found out that it is impossible to get Western Union transfer from legal entities in some countries. For example Ukraine and Serbia where I live only allow receiving such transfers from private persons. It isn't very good to have this option in personal accounts for these countries while hosts won't be able to get those transfers.
