Thank you for your insight! I completely agree that providing genuine and caring service is fundamental to creating memorable experiences for guests. From your experience, what do you believe is the best way to market this approach effectively? I'm keen to learn how we can enhance our efforts in this area.
hi @Shayan27
the review process is a relatively reliable way to get the response you deserve, you will be surprised over time some reviews may seem harsh but that’s the hospitality business, remember the worlds best hostel has dissatisfied reviews. If you deliver a good experience this is generally rewarded with more bookings in comparison to other competing short term rentals. Get to know the types of potential markets and how price sensitive the market is.

@Jim-and-Caroline0 It’s true that even the best in the industry can receive critical feedback, and it’s a reminder of the diverse expectations in hospitality. I appreciate your point about how delivering a good experience often leads to more bookings.
