What are the legal compliance to be Airbnb host in Tamilnadu

I want to understand Tamilnadu’s list of legal compliance, that a host should hold to list & manage a property in Airbnb. Experienced host from Tamilnadu state, India, please suggest the list of certificates or approval one should get from various departments.
