What is going on with displayed prices?

Since when is Airbnb changing our displayed nightly rates?

Here is the screenshot of how much is added for two nights that should cost $259 per night.
What is going on? And this is without Service Fees, Taxes and Cleaning Fee.

I am having the same issue where my display rate is much higher than what I have my base rate set to. I have also manually set "summer rates" and only left smart pricing on for specific holiday weekends. I think my house is not booking as it has in the past as the display rate is much higher than I am even asking. @Elena87 @BenkaandKeith0  Any help would be much appreciated!
