What is the best way to sell an active Airbnb home in Clearwater Florida?

I have an fully set up airbnb house in Clearwater that I want to sell?  Do I list in as a regular house for sale with a realtor or is it considered a business now too?  Any advice is appreciated.  How do I price it?

@Natalie1293 I don't think it is a business because you are not able to transfer the Airbnb listing so there is nothing that differentiates your place from any other property. You might be able to sell all the furnishings though
