What is the proper trade license for an hostel?

Hallo everyone

May I ask what is the proper trade license for an hostel?

What is the proper way to host different people in one place sharing the common Areas, still their rooms are private only for them "not shared with anyone else"

I'm really confused about the new regulations and rules had been applied to AirBNB hosts.

@Maamoun0 for a property with multiple bedrooms and common living areas you will need several listings. Unless you have someone living there to keep the communal areas clean you may well get poor reviews though.

I'm getting wonderful ones, I'm supervising the cleaning services my self, applying my standards of hygiene and cleanliness, which are above normal 😅

Had been told by many people staying in different hostels, that my place is obviously very clean compared to other places... Regard less anything else, clean & quiet which is making everyone comfortable as being in home

It is an exhausting job, still enjoying welcoming guests and travelers.
