What monthly vacancy % can I expect as an Air BnB host?

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing 6x units to rent on Air BnB consistently.  I am located in Toronto and the residences are located in the city near the airport and all major highways, subways and transportation.  What kind of vacancy percentage can I expect in a large market like this with frequent tourists and visitors?
