What’s with Evolve hosting rentals through Airbnb?

What’s with Evolve hosting rentals through Airbnb?

I’ve noticed several rentals are hosted by evolve but no host information is given.  One place had 19,000 reviews but they were for a variety of rentals, not that particular rental I was looking at.  Does anyone know what is going on.  As a guest I like to know something about the property and who the host is.  Is this light and is Airbnb okay with it?

legitimate not light.  Autocorrect is crazy.
