When do new features go live?

I'm trying to set up check-out instructions and that feature is not available on my phone or desktop. Anyone know when it will be available?

I had found a button that "allowed" me to use new features and then provide feedback.

Hello @Jennifer303,

This feature is available now 😊, all you need to do is to opt-in to Early Access (you'll find the prompt to get Early Access at the top of your hosting menu). It's important to note that once you start using Early Access, you cannot revert to the previous version of Airbnb you currently have.
