When i watch tutorials on how to do something on Airbnb, the dashboard they have is totally different to mine (South Africa) WHY?

I am constantly battling to find things on the Airbnb dashboard. Everything is confusing and is wasting my time. So now, I have to find tutorials for this, for that, and when I do, their dashboards are so different to mine that I still remain clueless!!

Why are they different?

Why does Airbnb make their dashboard so confusing? I often just say 'to hell with it, I won't bother with this or that'

At this time, it's optional. I guess, most of the tutorials are still based on the old dashboard.

The problem I have with this is that there are such negative remarks about the new dashboard, that I am now hesitant to update it.  

Your thoughts please?

There is no need for an early update, @Michelle3873 . However keep in mind, that there will be a date when all hosts will be updated.
