The winter release or what not resulted in a change where even resolution center payouts are split as well and it's creating a problem for me. I am a property manager who keeps a certain percentage for each booking. Naturally I have a payout split for each listing- a percentage for me, a percentage for the property owner. With the recent change, Aircover payouts for damages to things such as bedding which I provide out of my pocket entirely and is cost free to the owner is also experiencing the same split payout. In short, the owner is getting paid every time I receive an Aircover payout for my stuff. Is there a way to stop this?
No...this has been complained about many times. Aircover reimbursements always go to the "default" payment account of the owner and do not follow any split payment settings you have. Don't believe it has anything to do with the Winter Release.
You can contact Airbnb and verify, but I remember seeing other posts about this.
Since January 1, 2025 Air cover payments are split, according to whatever percentage you have set up. I would like it to go to the default payment
I was not aware of that! Thanks for posting here. So although it was supposed to go to default payment it is being split? Unfortunately, I think Airbnb is the only one who can address this.
