With reservation but no payment received

Dear Co- Host,

I have guest who cancelled his booking, but did not see any rebooking on succeeding day but he has a reservation under calendar, payment was not ready for pay out. For hosting for nearly a year, firs time I have encounterd this. How can I contact Airbnb support for payment.

Guest claimed he paid it and showing on his cc. I think the manner he booked is incorrect. I cannot ask him to pay me because he is claiming he paid airbnb. He emailed one of the superhosts and saying the payment will be confirmed a day after but it was not showing under Future tab.

Please help.

You may consider acknowledging your guest that you haven't received the payment, request him to check on his credit card company.

As well, contact Airbnb via message, open a ticket, report the late payment issues for your reference.

It's essential to keep phoning and often message to the team as the support center has severe loader cases.
