Good Day 

I have 16 bedroom and each room can only accommodate 2 people. I have a family of 5 booking in but they only paying for 2 people N$ 1000 instead of either per person rate of N$ 650 or per room rate N$ 1000.  They need to pay also for at least 2 rooms or ideally 3 rooms

How can i change this on the system

Also the property is in Namibia and i want al guest to have my Namibian number. How can i add a number? 

Please help me?

@Heidi609 I am afraid the property is set up wrongly.

You could  add an extra guest fee (for guest numbers above 2) but this will not work properly for 3 or 4 people as it will either under or over charge.

What you really need to do is to create 16 listings (one for each bedroom). This isn't perfect as people searching for 6 guests will not find your place.

Also on Airbnb you can only list for up to 16 guests.

It sound like you might need to use other STR platforms if you want to offer accommodation for that many people.
